4 properties availableselected by Todi Immobiliare
Monte Castello di Vibio is a village of around 1,400 residents, built like a medieval castle on a hilltop at 424 metres above the Tiber valley. From Porta di Maggio, the only one of its two ancient gates still standing, with its tower topped by Guelph battlements, the view reaches all the way to Todi, about twenty minutes away by car.
Inside the walls stands the Teatro della Concordia, built in 1808. With 99 seats across its boxes and stalls, it is considered the smallest historic theatre in the world. Besides the main village, the municipality includes the hamlets of Doglio and Madonna del Piano, and its land drops from 636 metres in the hills to 143 metres on the valley floor.
It's a good choice if you want a home in a small village and still want to stay close to the E45: the Fratta Todina junction is about ten minutes away, and Perugia is about 45 minutes. Below you'll find the homes for sale in the municipality, followed by prices and services.
